I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Warsaw with my family for two nights, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist us with anything we needed made our stay truly remarkable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which we greatly appreciated after a long journey. The family room we stayed in was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. It was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing environment for our family. The views from our room were breathtaking, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Warsaw from the comfort of our accommodation. The hotel's location is simply perfect. We were within walking distance of many key attractions, dining options, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, showcasing their commitment to maintaining a high standard throughout the property. In summary, our stay at the Intercontinental Warsaw exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and we look forward to returning in the future! ---

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore with close proximity to public transport, shops, and restaurants. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful personnel who made us feel welcome. The room itself was really well-equipped with everything we needed. We were particularly impressed with the spa facilities. As of March 2025, guests receive a fantastic benefit of 1 hour of complimentary spa access per day (including the arrival and departure days), which we took advantage of and greatly enjoyed. For those wishing for more spa time, the prices for additional use are very reasonable. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were extremely professional, friendly and super fast in dealing with your request. The room was spacious, it has all what you might need for a pleasant stay, bed is very comfortable. WiFi Was great in rooms and open areas. Breakfast buffet was international with many great items and options, only I wish they would consider some halal meat among the selection. Taxi stand is across the street. Biggest mall is 5 minutes walking distance

It was a birthday weekend, and we are happy and sincerely grateful that the hotel welcomed us on this occasion and made us happy with a pleasant and delicious surprise left in the room. Convenient location. The room with a view of the palace is spacious. It was nice to swim in the pool with a great view. I am glad that there was free parking (paid). We arrived by electric car, we were glad that we could charge it for free in the parking lot. I liked the breakfast partly.

At arrival we booked an upgrade to be on the 37th floor and to have access to the Club Intercontinental at all times where we could take our breakfast more privately, always get snacks and drinks and alcoholic beverages between 6 and 8 pm. i would definitely recommend to upgrade if possible, it was a marvellous experience. The staff was very very friendly. Great gym, swimming pool and jacuzi with a great view onto the cultural palace. I would definitely come back!
